At Stivers and Smith Interiors we have over 30 years of combined experience, specializing in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Interior design. We create Interiors both locally and nationally with an emphasis on new construction or remodel/redesign of an existing space.

We work with clients, architects, contractors, engineers and sub-contractors to develop spaces that are not only aesthetically beautiful but comfortably functional and inspiring to our clients.

Design Services Provided:

  • Conceptual design and space planning
  • Development of the style and character of the space
  • Creating color schemes
  • Selecting and sourcing all surfaces, materials, architectural elements, cabinetry/built-ins, hardware, plumbing and light fixtures Kitchen and bath design (specifications for sub-contractors)
  • Lighting and electrical design (specifications for sub-contractors)
  • Furniture placement design (incorporating new pieces and/or existing pieces )
  • Selection and sourcing of furniture, fabrics, window coverings and bedding ( design, fabric and fabrication, ) rugs, art and accents
  • Custom furniture design (specifications/drawings for fabricators)
  • Overseeing the placement of orders, follow-up and delivery
  • Organizing and implementing the installation of furniture, rugs, art, window treatments and all accents
  • Coordinating closely with architects and contractors to ensure your specified results
